Jen took over Balayage Baby in May 2023 after spending over 10 years in the hair industry, building her expertise as a Hair Extension Specialist in a busy, well-known salon. With a passion for creating natural, confidence-boosting hair, she invested heavily in advanced colour education and quickly became known for her signature balayage work and seamless blends. What started as a small home salon quickly grew through word of mouth and client loyalty, allowing Jen to expand Balayage Baby into a larger high street salon designed to offer a more luxurious and elevated experience for clients. Jen specialises in balayage, dimensional blondes and hair extensions, and is passionate about helping clients feel their most confident. She is also a Hair Extension Educator, sharing her knowledge with other stylists through training and masterclasses focused on blending, cutting and creating natural-looking results.
