These policies are in place to ensure fairness, protect appointment time, and help us deliver the best possible results for every client. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms.

Booking Fees & Cancellation Policy

Booking Fees
A booking fee (deposit) is required to secure all appointments. Booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations & Changes
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide sufficient notice.

• Cancellations within 24 hours (1 day) of your appointment will be charged 100% of the service price

• Cancellations within 48 hours (2 days) of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service price

Cancellations made outside of these timeframes will not incur an additional charge beyond the booking fee.

No-Shows
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in 100% of the service price being charged.

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these policies.

Colour Appointments & Adjustments

We always aim for the best possible result and want you to love your colour.

If you have any concerns with your colour result, you must notify us within 7 days of your appointment so we can assess and, where appropriate, offer an adjustment.

Concerns raised after 7 days may be subject to an additional charge. This is because factors such as washing, heat styling, environmental exposure, and home care products can affect colour longevity and tone.

Adjustments do not apply if:

• Aftercare advice has not been followed

• Colour has been altered elsewhere

• Non-professional or unsuitable products have been used

Patch Test Requirement:
For safety reasons, all new clients must complete a patch test at least 48 hours prior to their service.
Appointments cannot go ahead without a valid patch test and will be cancelled if this requirement is not met.
