Refund and returns policy
We hope you love your Baly-Babe Foils! Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged or faulty. Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days once you have received your order. If 7 days have passed since receiving your order, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days
If your item arrives damaged:

Once a product has been opened, it is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Please ensure you are happy with your order before opening the packaging.
Please check your order carefully before completing checkout.

Once your order has been packed, processed, or shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
If you believe we’ve made an error with your order (e.g. wrong size or missing item), please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll sort it quickly.
